Gokens race

Goken walked onto the area, holing his dragonscale broom and a stone statue of a dragon, curdled up into a ball "This is it, the quiditch pitch..amazing huh" i said talking to the statue, pointing out everything that was in the area, and could be seen

Serena walked onto the quidditch pitch. She had heard people talking about it, but hadn't actually seen it. It was big. And quiet. She liked quiet. A voice spoke from behind her and she whipped around with a squeak. "Oh! I didn't see you there. I-I'm sorry." She said softly. She noticed the broom and... statue? She wrinkled her forehead in confusion, before coming to her senses. "I-I'm sorry. I'll let y-you fly." She said, blushing brightly as she walked towards the bleachers.

"Oh no worries," Goken said as the statue unwrapped, letting out wings, still of stone, then the stone breaking, revealing my pet, a black scaled dragon, "I use my pet here as a snitch.." the dragon went on its back and flew around, after being in stone for a large while, then heading over to serena and moving around her "Would you like to race??" goken said with a large smile

Serena looked over her shoulder, and stopped still. She turned around walked towards them absently as the dragon 'woke up'. "Gorgeous..." She whispered softly, entranced by the black scales. She looked up in shock as the guy spoke. She shuddered. "N-No thank you." She said, shivering. "I'll just watch, if you don't mind." The thought of being on the air, having a race with someone who could easily just push her off, frightened her.

"Dont worry, a race doesnt mean violence, a race is a race, and if you do fall, you have one of the fastest brooms ive seen to catch you," goken said with a smile, also looking around at the area, smiling even more,

Serena grimaced. "It's n-not the broom I'm scared of." She commented wryly. She reached out a hand, stopping just before the dragon. "May I?" She asked hesitantly. She shook her head as she realised something. "I'm sorry, I haven't even introduced myself. I'm Serena." She said softly, pulling her hand back from the dragon, although she was still gazing at him longingly. She loved dragons.

"Im goken, strife, part of the train accident on the daily prophet, and the only one besides a bearded man that diddnt get knocked out" goken said, signaling the dragon to go onto her shoulder, for the fact i could tell she liked them, alot,

Serena blinked owlishly. "Right. Never heard of it. What's the Daily Prophet?" She smiled in shock as the dragon flew onto her shoulder. "He's beautiful..." She breathed out, stroking his snout gently. "Where did you even find him?" She asked curiously.

"Actually i was born in a dragons nest.." Goken said, "And if you race me ill tell you even more amazing dragon stories..

Serena gaped, then glared at him. She sighed resignedly. "Okay, I'll race you! Just... let me get my broom." She walked inside, grumbling, and found her old broom. The handle was worn, and the model old, but it was good quality, and the few times she had ridden it, it flew like a dream. She raced back outside and pouted at Goken. "Those had better be amazing tales." She grouched. "What's the goal?"

"Catch the...lets call this are fake snitch," goken said, signaling his dragon to fly to the middle of the pitch above us, "Lets catch my friend.." goken said, putting his foot over his broom, making him able to fly it
